      1.  Copy z:\private\10202be9\101F8809.txt


      2.  Rewrite the text file to following (character code is Unicode[utf-16] keeping)...

              0x7 int 1 0 cap_rd=alwayspass cap_wr=alwaysfail
          =>  0x7 int 0 0 cap_rd=alwayspass cap_wr=alwaysfail
          

     3.  Copy it to c:\private\10202be9\101F8809.txt


     4.  Reboot


Phone should be on Silent mode...
When warnig tones of Profiles is off, camera sound becomes off.
